Not only is the Michigan state Supreme Court in violation of the First Amendment, they are also legislating from the bench which is also unconstitutional since courts were not designed to make policy but to uphold those laws and policies that are lawfully and constitutionally passed by legislators and to strike down any laws or policies found to be in violation of the Constitution.
