I have a suggestion, forget wasting time & taxpayer money on 'hearings' that never result in a rational conclusion. You're trying to tell me with all the sophisticated electronic gear you can't track the people flying them?? Drones fly by radio signals, should be easy to figure out!! You can ping a cellphone tower in 10 seconds but you can't figure out who's flying the drones.. SMFH!!
