Petition continued ..

The whole program is criminal. There is no oversight, or accountability. After FBI probes in Chicago into the Red Light Photo Enforcement Program. Illinois still allows villages, cities to use it to generate revenue and harass citizens with possible threats to boot or take their car without a warrant. Illinois really has bad leadership. The citizens of Illinois deserve better.

People that speed, hit and run, or purposefully cause traffic injuries should be bothered with fines and fees. Not people making a right turn on red at the intersection where no car or pedestrian is in sight.
