Recently, Texas has made the program illegal. Why does lllinois continue to keep this corrupt program? It only aggravates drivers and promotes manipulation by local government The program does not promote anything about safety. This program has been proven in federal and even in the states, as abusive and unconstitutional. We have illegal aliens that can get drivers licenses and don't face same consequences as American born citizens. Illinois really has evaded the Rule of Law on the rights of their own citizens.
