Just got this from a friend in SC:
Well some good news from north of my neck of the woods back home. Apparently NC State troopers have been given the authority to arrest and if the situation persists to shoot FEMA that try to arrest , detain or confiscate humanitarian supplies coming in for other volunteer groups in the mountains. FEMA gunna learned real quick like that mountain folk of the Appalachians don't take kindly to govt ppl , we just like them Ozark Hillbillies. Shoot first and hide the bodies after lunch.
