There is inconsistency of the text of the article vs what the TV Reporter states in regards to Android, which stated this doesn't apply to Android (so I don't know which is correct); she claims this upcoming subscription won't apply to Chrome, but nothing mentioned about that either in the text of the article. But definitively IOS, according to both the TV Reporter and the text in the article.
